JOHANNESBURG - The ANC must commit that it’ll relinquish power if voted out.
That’s the view of IFP MP Mkhuleko Hlengwa, who adds other parties must also accept defeat.
He was one of the panelists speaking at a summit discussing potential coalitions hosted by civil society organisation, Defend Our Democracy.
