2024 Elections | Africa Check assessed political party manifesto claims

JOHANNESBURG - Africa Check has assessed how four opposition parties understand the country's most pressing issues ahead of polls on 29 May 2024.

It did so by looking at the claims made by ActionSA, Build One South Africa, uMkhonto weSizwe and Congress of the People in their election manifestos.

It found that most claims made by these political parties were correct except two that were misleading.
