Mineworkers resurface from sit-in
JOHANNESBURG - Mine workers at Gold One Mine in Springs, on Monday began to resurface.
About 500 of them have been underground for almost four days, in solidarity with dismissed co-workers.

The miners are demanding the reinstatement of 52 of their fellow mineworkers.
Concerns have been raised that the miners underground could run out food, water and other supplies.
