JOHANNESBURG - Murdered Johannesburg teacher Kirsten Kluyts had recently undergone fertility treatment after having an ovary removed three years ago.
Kluyts was pregnant when she was murdered.
Her family has shared exclusively with eNCA how much Kirsten desired to be a mother.
They hope the accused -Bafana Mahungela - is denied bail.
Mahungela maintains his innocence, denying the charges levelled against him.
He appeared in the Alexandra Magistrate’s Court on Monday to apply for bail.
His matter has since been postponed to next week.
At the same time, the State in the Kluyts murder case read out in court an affidavit made by a witness from a security company.
Prosecutor Ayanda Bakana read the alleged details of the fateful morning that the Johannesburg teacher was killed.
