JOHANNESBURG - At least 70 people had to be evacuated in Ladysmith, KwaZulu-Natal after heavy rains caused flooding in the central business district on Monday night.
Disaster management teams and emergency services moved those affected to community halls.
No injuries have been reported.
They also evacuated 15 people in the Steadville township, and another 23 in Matiwane.
