JOHANNESBURG - Convicted rapist and murderer Thabo Bester is expected back in the Free State High Court court for a pre-trial hearing on Wednesday.
He will be accompanied by his 8 co-accused, including his alleged partner in crime Nandipha Magudumana.
At their last court appearance, the matter was postponed after a lawyer for two of the accused withdrew from the case.
Bester's new legal team also attempted to launch an application regarding jurisdiction but were told it was premature.
The group face a raft of charges including fraud, corruption, violation of a corpse and arson.
