JOHANNESBURG - This year’s cricket off-season has given Proteas bowler Kagiso Rabada, the longest break he has had since turning pro.

The 28-year-old is a mainstay of the national team set-up across all formats.

This makes him the ideal candidate to assess the state of the Proteas, three months prior to the men’s 50-over World Cup.
