PARIS - Tatjana Smith has officially clocked legendary status.
The four-time Olympic medallist has decided to retire from swimming at the peak of her career.
The 27-year-old won the 100m Breaststroke gold medal on Monday and then the 200m Breaststroke silver on Thursday, adding on to the 100m silver and record-setting 200m gold from Tokyo.
With her four Olympic medals, she becomes the most decorated South African Olympian.
