Stellenbosch FC lifts their first major trophy after defeating TS Galaxy

DURBAN - Stellenbosch FC won their maiden trophy since their elevation into the DStv premiership.
Stellies beat TS Galaxy 5-4 on penalties in the Carling Knockout Cup final. Both teams were locked at 1-all at the end of the mandatory 90 minutes and extra time. Dale Matsheke slotted the winning penalty.
