Coach Rassie Erasmus has made 12 changes to the team that defeated Scotland in the opening fixture of the end-of-year tour.
Siya Kolisi is back to lead the side with only Eben Etzebeth, Ox Nche and Bongi Mbonambi retaining their starting places.
