CARDIFF - Ospreys has dented the Lions' hopes of securing a play-off spot in the United Rugby Championship.
The Welsh side trounced Ivan van Rooyen's charges 36-21 to secure a bonus-point victory and boost their chances of qualifying for the play-offs.
The home side outscored the Lions by five tries to three as Morgan Morris, Lewis Lloyd and Keiran Williams dotted down after the interval.
Ospreys have leapfrogged Lions to position seven on the standings while their opponents are eleventh.
