JOHANNESBURG - Springbok captain Siya Kolisi has once again suffered an injury blow.
Kolisi left the field after only 22 minutes into his return to rugby during Racing 92's Champions Cup round of 16 loss to Toulouse on Sunday.
The 32-year-old hurt his right ankle and was replaced by Ibrahim Diallo.
The double World Cup-winning skipper was coming back after two months out due to surgery on one of his right fingers.
The flanker is now a major doubt for South Africa's new international season which gets underway with Wales in Twickenham on the 22nd of June.
That's before a mouthwatering home series against Ireland a month later.
