RANCHI - India clinched a five-match Test series with a game to spare following another dominant display against England.
The home side started day four of the fourth Test in Ranchi on 40 for no wicket in the second innings, trailing by 152 runs.
India lost the wicket of in-form Yashasvi Jaiswal before captain Rohit Sharma led from the front to register a half ton.
They would suffer a mini collapse after with Shoaib Bashir at the forefront once again with three crucial wickets including that of Ravindra Jadeja.
In the end it was a comfortable five-wicket victory for Rahul Dravid's charges.
The results sees India secure the series 3-1 with one match remaining.
