DURBAN - The 97th edition of the Comrades Marathon is set to take place on Sunday.
Athletes will line up at the Durban City Hall to tackle the uprun for the first time in five years.
The 89-kilometre route will finish at the Pietermaritzburg race course.
In the women’s race, South Africa’s best ultradistance runner Gerda Steyn is a firm favourite to win.
