JOHANNESBURG - Domestic football is on a break until 13 February due to the Africa Cup of Nations, but there is one local match to look forward to this weekend.
The Carling Cup is taking place on Saturday, the 6th of January, between the inaugural winners of the Carling Knockout Cup, Stellenbosch FC and the a fan-inspired Carling All-Star, including some of the country's best footballers. Peter Mokaba Stadium will be hosting this showdown.
Two men who know all about lifting trophies spoke to eNCA about this Saturday's encounter. Former Orlando Pirates captain Happy Jele and former Kaizer Chiefs midfield maestro Mandla Masango.
