PRETORIA TECHNICAL COLLEGE
Young people with a passion for community work, dreamed of helping the sick while working in the health environment.
In March 2021 they signed up for a 1 year course at a private institution - Pretoria Technical College. They paid R21 000, attended lectures but two years later, they haven’t written exams and haven’t qualified.
Nobody at the college has been able to explain to the college what’s going on. Staff keep passing the buck but the buck stopped when we discovered that the college didn’t follow due process.

Soweto’s Sphelele Chikowi’s rehabilitation journey began with beadwork, progressed to countrywide pop-ups and now takes the shape of a lifestyle store, set in the heart of Soweto.
