JOHANNESBURG - The ANC's step-aside policy is once again in the spotlight after the party's election list was leaked.
The list which shows some corruption-implicated senior members has been doing the rounds on social media with many saying the ANC is not serious about its renewal programme.
ANC member and Salga KwaZulu-Natal Chairperson for Energy, Thami Ngubane, says the policy in its current form is set up as a system trap that often backfires.
