TSHWANE - The removal of Tshwane Mayor Cilliers Brink, through a motion of no confidence has plunged the city of Tshwane into political instability.
The city currently has a CAA2 negative credit rating from Moody's, and this has affected its ability to borrow money.
The agency attributes this to the city's poor financial management.
Political analyst Mpumelelo Mkhabela, Tshepiso Modiba from Tshwane ActionSA, Eugene Bonzo Modise from the ANC and Tshepo Mahlangu is from the Lotus Gardens, Atteridgeville and Saulsville Civic Association joined eNCA to discuss the future of the city.
The Democratic Alliance, both locally and nationally was invited to participate in this discussion. They chose not to participate.
