JOHANNESBURG - Thabo Bester has been told he doesn’t have a constitutional right to a laptop and a modem.
The convicted rapist and murderer brought an urgent application to the courts to gain access to electronic material to prepare for his deportation case.
But the High Court in Pretoria has dismissed the application saying it’s not urgent.
Earlier there was a fiery exchange when the judge and Bester sparred over his constitutional rights.
He accused her of being biased and she asked him not to roll his eyes.
Legal expert, Mpumelelo Zikalala discussed this with eNCA.
