JOHANNESBURG - Some small parties are calling for the secession of the Western Cape and KwaZulu-Natal.
The Cape Independence and referendum parties want to exit the republic.
While the Abantu Batho Congress says KZN should be ruled by the AmaZulu King.
But, political analyst, Ntsikelelo Breakfast, says the Constitution simply doesn't allow this.
He also says breaking away will not solve the complex issues in those provinces.
