JOHANNESBURG - Scientists have criticised the government's latest census.
They claim it is so flawed that it cannot be trusted for allocating budgets and resources.
Stats SA’s 2022 census overestimates the population by one million, and also contains a number of discrepancies at district and municipal level.
But these claims have been refuted by Stats SA.
