JOHANNESBURG - Most municipalities in the country are struggling to provide uninterrupted water supply, and are inundated with water leakages and poor infrastructure maintenance.
The Water and Sanitation Department say it has been hard at work to achieve water security, for all with major water infrastructure projects currently underway across the country.
Are we doing enough to address the lack of capacity, insufficient expertise, and limited resources in municipalities to deliver uninterrupted water supply to residents?
