JOHANNESBURG - Electricity and Energy Minister, Kgosientsho Ramokgopa says the lack of infrastructure investment, is contributing to the ongoing electricity crisis.
Various municipalities around the country, owe Eskom close to R80-billion, and the unstable distribution of power supply has resulted in load reduction, especially in Johannesburg.
Ramokgopa tabled sustainable and strategic solutions to curb this.
The head of the energy secretariat at the South African National Energy Development Institute, Sampson Mamphweli discussed this with eNCA.
