JOHANNESBURG - President Cyril Ramaphosa has lashed out at opposition parties for painting South Africa as a failed state.
He says those in the opposition benches overlook the obvious progress that the country has made so far.
Ramaphosa was replying to the debate of his Opening of Parliament Address.
Key among his detractors is the MK Party and the EFF.
