JOHANNESBURG - President Cyril Ramaphosa has signed into law legislation, that aims to streamline and regulate public procurement, including preferential procurement, by all organs of state.
The Public Procurement Bill will regulate the sourcing, buying, and payment of goods and services by all state departments.
