CAPE TOWN - The KwaZulu Natal Premier Thami Ntuli has hit the ground running.
He says he already has a cabinet which he announced earlier. Some reconfiguration there, the big one being the Safety and Security portfolio now reporting to the premier.
The new provincial executive is a mix of leaders from the IFP, ANC, DA and NFP.
This move was made necessary by the no-outright majority result of May's general election.
