JOHANNESBURG - South Africans are still waiting to see how a government of national unity might be formed.
The ANC has indicated it wants such a government after no party won a majority in the recent elections.
Academics say that a government of national unity could help South Africa out of its quagmire.
But it has to be about joint responsibility and accountability.
