JOHANNESBURG - Health Minister Aaron Motsoaledi will have his work cut out when it comes to implementation of the National Health Insurance.

Health policy expert, Bandile Hadebe says Motsoaledi may just be the right man for the NHI project.
Hadebe said, "It's going to be a very difficult situation for the ANC in general around the whole host of issues, not just the NHI. The thing that needs to happen is differently, there's a shift where we need to actually move this whole NHI issue forward"
