JOHANNESBURG - Former MP Mandla Mandela is slamming the ANC for talking to parties with opposing policies.
He says the party should question if it still holds the principles of 1994.
The ANC has entered into talks after failing to secure an outright majority in last month's polls.
"There for many of us Instead of advocating for a Government of National Unity, we would call on the ANC to do a real introspection of where we have come and how did we get to the point of where we are today," he said.
"And how can we go back to the fundamental principals that we stand for non-racialism and no sexism and to be able to ensure that we focus on national unity within the organisation and fighting and corruption.
"If we don’t rid ourselves of factionalism we will see further losses in 2026.”
