BRICS loan should be directed to most affected areas
JOHANNESBURG - Water expert, Mike Muller says the BRICS loan should be used for maintenance, infrastructure and leaks.
BRICS through its New Development Bank approved a 1-billion-US dollar loan to address the water crisis.

The money will be distributed in line with the Municipal Infrastructure Grant.
