Speaker's bid to halt arrest dismissed
JOHANNESBURG - National Assembly Speaker Nosiviwe Mapisa Nqakula, will now have to present herself to law enforcement authorities.
The High Court has ruled that there's nothing stopping the state from arresting her.
The court dismissed her urgent application to stop this from happening.
