JOHANNESBURG - EFF leader Julius Malema says several people within the party knew that former deputy president Floyd Shivambu planned to leave.

Malema was leading a site visit to the Nasrec Expo Centre ahead of the EFF's National Peoples’ Assembly that is scheduled to take place from 12 to 15 December.
Malema also says Jacob Zuma should have called him when his party leaders left for the former President’s MK Party.
