JOHANNESBURG - The country is chewing on the President’s opening of parliament address on Thursday and parliamentarians have been debating what was said.
President Cyril Ramaphosa says that only a capable, sophisticated and independent law enforcement agencies can fight complex crimes.

During his address he said the country will continue to tackle priority crimes like illegal mining, gang violence, cash-in-transit heists and the construction mafia through specialized police units.
