JOHANNESBURG - The Community of Mthwalume in Kwazulu Natal is living in fear once again.
A 17 year old pupil is suspected of being a serial killer targeting children as young as seven years old.
The teenager was recently arrested after he allegedly tried to kill an eight year old girl.
