JOHANNESBURG - Health minister Aaron Motsoaledi has expressed concern over the recent High Court ruling that deemed certain sections of the National Health Act unconstitutional.
He dismissed any attempts to link this ruling to the National Health Insurance Act as mere propaganda.

He's also arguing that bodies challenging the NHI are being mischievous.
