RICHARDS BAY - Higher Education and Training Deputy Minister, Dr Mimmy Gondwe is leading an outreach programme focused on ending gender-based violence.
Earlier on Friday, she engaged students and management at the Sol Plaatje University in Kimberley.

The campaign follows a sexual harassment report released by the Commission for Gender Equality in October 2024,
It highlighted alarming findings of sexual harassment and abuse at higher education institutions.
