JOHANNESBURG - The Constitutional Court has ruled that former president Jacob Zuma is not eligible to run for Parliament.
It's overturned the Electoral Court's finding that Zuma qualified for election to the National Assembly.
According to eNCA's latest Election Poll, the MK Party will cause a major upset and win KwaZulu-Natal with more than 46-percent of the vote.
