JOHANNESBURG - Corruption Watch is calling on government to be transparent in handling the Chinese donation to South Africa aimed at addressing the energy crisis.
The agreement was signed during President Xi Jinping's state visit on the sidelines of the BRICS Summit.
Many people say they're concerned that the over R650-million donation will be looted.
Corruption Watch says the only way to address these concerns is to keep the public updated.
