JOHANNESBURG - The moonshot pact -- or multi-party charter -- is unlikely to topple the ANC at May's elections.
That's according to political analyst, Sanet Madonsela.

She says while the ANC will probably get less than 50 percent of the vote, the multi-party won't match that.
