JOHANNESBURG - President Cyril Ramaphosa is in Russia leading South Africa’s delegation at the 16th BRICS summit.

During bilateral talks, Ramaphosa said South Africa continues to see Russia as a valued ally and friend that supported the country since the days of the struggle against apartheid.
