JOHANNESBURG - As political parties race against time to form the 7th administration following last week’s elections, there are growing calls for the country's politicians to prioritise the needs of citizens in their negotiations.
The polls have not produced an outright winner, with the ANC the largest party with 40% of the vote, but well short of governing with a majority.
