JOHANNESBURG - Despite a court interdict, former president Jacob Zuma will be in court on Thursday for his attempted criminal proceedings against President Cyril Ramaphosa.
The JG Zuma Foundation says that if Zuma as the private prosecutor does not appear in court on Thursday, it will invalidate the process.
Meanwhile, Ramaphosa’s bid to invalidate Zuma's prosecution attempt will be heard in May.
After discussions between lawyers for both parties, the Gauteng High Court has ordered that the review application brought by Ramaphosa will be set down on 17 and 18 May.
