JOHANNESBURG - Former Sport, Arts and Culture Minister Zizi Kodwa is back at the Commercial Crimes Court on Thursday morning.
He will be appearing with his co-accused former EOH boss Jehan Mackay.
They are accused of engaging in corrupt activities involving bribes amounting to nearly R1.7-million.
The case emanates from the Zondo Inquiry, which heard Mackay was allegedly paid kickbacks to Kodwa.
The payments were made to Kodwa when he was national spokesperson of the ANC.
The monies were allegedly aimed at influencing a state information technology contract in favour of EOH.
Both accused are currently out on R30,000 bail each.
