Zimbabwean government told to pay for food with mineral resources

HARARE - Zimbabwe President  Emmerson Mnangagwa has declared the drought in his country a national disaster,  and pleaded for donations from international and local donors to feed citizens but critics are having none of it.

They say the authorities should use the mineral resources they always brag about to pay for food for hungry Zimbabweans.
