HARARE - Thirty-five opposition Citizens Coalition for Change activists have been convicted in Harare.
They include the leader of the group Jameson Timba.
Thirty of his other supporters have been acquitted.

It comes after they spent five months in prison awaiting trial on illegal gathering charges.
The 65 activists were arrested in June and charged for gathering illegally with the intention to cause public violence.
The 35 who were found guilty of illegal gathering charges will be sentenced on Monday.
