DURBAN - If you are in KwaZulu-Natal, don’t pack away those blankies just yet.
Snowy weather has been reported in areas along the N3, including Mooi River and Howick.
The Weather Service has issued a Yellow level 2 warning for severe thunderstorms over the eastern parts of the Eastern Cape, Free State, North West and Northern Cape.

Isolated to scattered showers and thundershowers will be felt over the central parts of the country.
Showers are also expected over the south-western parts of the country as the cold front passes through.
Of course if you’re going to be making a fire or be on the road, we urge you to be a little more cautious.
