Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma says women must have access to justice and discrimination against the LGBTQ+ community must stop.
Dlamini-Zuma said, "as [the] government we need to take a district modern approach. In every ward the councillor must be the fore front of fighting GBV as well as religious leaders. If we can do that we can start to make dent."

"In every ward there should be zero tolerance to GBV. You will not live in this ward if you will abuse, kill and harm women."
