CAPE TOWN - WeWild Africa is an NGO committed to rescuing and relocating wildlife in appropriate environments.
It's assisted with the world’s largest translocation of vultures and saved elephant lives with an emergency intervention at Ndumo Game Reserve in KwaZulu Natal.
The NGO conducted the first-ever family group translocation of elephants from Addo Elephant Park.
Other firsts include the first rewilding of zoo-born cheetahs from the United Kingdom and Canada, implementing historic elephant capture missions and rewilding smaller species across the continent for the first time.
