Who's to blame for Jagerfontein dam wall collapse?

JOHANNESBURG - Lawyers representing Jagersfontein residents say they’ve finally received a response from the company that owns the mine.

This follows a letter written to them on 27 of September

The law firm sought information from the company regarding their acceptance of liability for the harm and losses suffered as a result of the tailings dam collapse.

But the lawyers say the response was disappointing.
