CAPE TOWN - Progress is being made to contain a fire in Wolseley and Ceres in the Cape Winelands.
Jo-Anne Otto, fire service spokesperson for the Cape Winelands district municipality says firefighters have been hard at work.
The fire started around lunchtime on Tuesday in the mountains above the R46.
If favourable weather conditions continue, it's hoped the fire will be contained in the next few hours.
